All our fillets are inspected and filleted by hand by our skilled production operatives.

Although Salmon and Trout fillets are the main product line, CFish have the capability to produce a fillet from any species that you may require.

 

Fillets are produced as a frozen 20kg block or if required can be produced as an IQF product.

 

CFish products are an excellent choice for pet food manufacturers to enhance the nutritional profiles of their finished products which promote pet health.
